Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease (HFMD)

Dear Readers,

HFMD is on the rise and it is often best we take precautionary measures.

So what are the symptoms:

  • spots on sole of feet, palms, and mouth
     
  • fever
  • headache
  • ulcers in the throat
Should you find any of these in your child, please consult a doctor immediately.

Remember to always wash your hands before and after meals, toileting and play.
